Clumsy me cant even bring a box in from the car without tripping and spraining my ankle.A simple task, but not for me. After l land on the hard floor, I remove my shoe and start massaging my swelling throbbing ankle. I use a foot stool as a crutch to get up an I slip again hurting the other foot. pains at once is that even possible? Guess so. I crawl to the chair for some more massaging and elevation. I off to get some ice.
