Ciren Verde gets sweaty with Trainer Ciren Verde in a training session with many vids
Ciren Verde has an interesting reaction to slight pain and discomfort, it's laughing...but the exercises she is put through are no laughing matter. The workout really does challenge her endurance since she has been slacking. This trainer doesn't care that it's hard for her to get through, but does encourage her to the point that she actually pulls through a few more reps with the help of some pre workout.
To make it even more the exercises a bit more difficult though, the place doesn't have air-conditioning and only heat instead...how do you think she did?
