Chrissy Marie has asked her EMT boyfriend to make her flatline for just a minute at a time so that you can experience being resuscitated by him over and over. Having agreed despite warning her of the dangers, one night after work he has setup a medical gurney in the garage. He asks her one last time if she is sure she wants to go through with it. “I’m ready” she says. “Just look after me and bring me back. I love you.” They share a lingering kiss and then her holds her hair up so that he can inject her in the side of her neck with a “This will relax you” he says. He puts the syringe down on a side table and she quickly begins to feel groggy and starts to wobble on her high heels. Her boyfriend returns to stand in front of her and she clings on to both of his shoulders to keep from falling over. Moaning and groaning as she struggles to fight the relaxation, her legs eventually go underneath her. Chrissy is now barely conscious, eyes half open and glazed. He scoops Chrissy up and cradle carries her over to the gurney, sitting her on the edge with her legs dangling off the side, holding her ragdoll like body upright as he lowers her dress down exposing her breasts. He then lowers drapes her body across the width of the gurney, stomach and breasts stretched out, arms dangling overhead. He then removes her heels and pantyhose, leaving her in only her sheer panties. He drags her body around so that she is now laying along the length of the gurney, tidying up her limbs so that she is ready for the procedure. He caresses her for a few seconds, then steths both sides of her chest. After getting a good listen to her heart, he takes her hand in his and says “I know you can hear me. Squeeze my hand if you want to go ahead.” Chrissy slowly squeezes his hand. He flops her over onto her front to inject the paralytic into her buttocks, then rolls her back. At first nothing happens but after about 10 seconds or so she starts making sputtering noises and her torso starts juddering making her breasts to jiggle! She gradually falls more and more with her arms stretched off the sides of the gurney and her eyes fixed open. Pulse check – flatline as expected. He pours some body oil on and begins massaging her chest and down each of her arms to assist with circulation. He tidies her arms then attached the AED pads. Defib “CLEAR!” After a few seconds she starts to breath but remains barely conscious. “I’ve got you baby” he says as he removes the pads and rolls her over, yanking her head back to preserve her airway. Now on her back again but still barely conscious, he steths both sides of her chest and checks her pupils and pulse. “Do you want to go again?” he asks as he takes her hand. She lightly squeezes his hand but is otherwise completely unable to move. He kisses her on the lips and then goes on to flatline and resuscitate her two more times, exactly like the first time, except that each time it takes even more effort to bring her back! On the third round he has to remove her panties and begin mouth to mouth and compressions. He performs two more rounds of CPR before 3 defibs in a row and that finally manages to bring her back! After the third round being such a close call he decides that they are done for the evening, and starts to roll her over to comfort her while she recovers, but then all of sudden she begins violently convulsing and wheezing! Being an EMT realizes the emergency at hand and knows he needs to get a shot of Adrenalin from upstairs. He leaves her there sputtering and spasming until the convulsions slowly subside and she falls completely with one leg dangling off of the gurney and eyes fixed open.   Camera pans her motionless body before her EMT boyfriend frantically returns. When he finds that she has crashed yet again he puts on his gloves and quickly gets to work, turning her head to the side to perform a two finger sweep of the mouth to clear her airway. He puts her leg and arms tidily back on the gurney. “I’ve got you baby!” he says as he picks up her left arm, slapping the inside of it and giving her a shot of Adrenalin followed by MTM x 8 and Defib x 3 “CLEAR!” Pulse check. Nothing! He frantically tries again. MTM x 4, CPR x 15, Defib x 5 “CLEAR!” Pulse check. Still nothing! Now he is practically begging Chrissy to come back to him! He gives it his all with another round of MTM/CPR and Defib x 5 “CLEAR!” Pulse check. Finally, a faint pulse! One more two finger sweep to make sure her airway is cleared. He rolls her almost all the way onto her front to recover as he comforts her. Then he rolls her back and steths her chest to make sure she has recovered satisfactorily. Sure that she is out of the woods now, he scoops her up into a cradle carry before taking her upstairs to fully recover. THE END. On a hot summer day the girls are lazing around the pool. Suzy sunbaths for hours. Lia comes over and gets her close to the pool then pushes her in. The sudden plunge in the cold water after all the time in the sun  is too much for Suzy. A long and dramatic resus scene begins at the pool side with deep and especially strong chest compressions, and very realistic ultra-sharp AED shocks with MTM-MASK breathing. This is extremely important.   Real mouth to mouth, pinch her nose,  head titled back, full seal over her wide open mouth and really breath breaths into her. This should cause her chest and belly to rise. Just have her relax and let your breaths do the work. Your breath should cause cheek inflation and belly/chest movement.    I would like the MTM breaths to be audible. For instance you breathing in is audible and the air going into/out of Ama Rio is audible   real chest compressions. straight arms, interlocked hands on Ama's chest. Push down count compressions and have Ama Rio move her belly upward with each compression   Tongue deep in mouth on occasion during MTM   Plead with Ama Rio. Some examples are  in between breaths saying "come on Ama, take my breath, breath baby. during compressions saying "one, two, three, four...fifteen...come on Ama come back"   The scene starts with Ama Rio at her work desk. Her head is titled back her eyes and mouth are wide open.  Arms are down to her side on the chair. Lifeless look. She has had a heart attack. She is wearing a tight white button down shirt(no bra), skirt (no undergarments) and is barefoot. Her shirt is unbuttoned fully showing her boobs.     You come in the room immediately once the video starts and find Ama Rio. You scream her name and  immediately do 5 full slow mouth to mouth breaths on Ama Rio. Pinched nose and real breaths into her lifeless lungs. You also do 10 chest compressions while she is in the chair. Realizing this isn't working you pull Ama Rio down from the chair and pull her by her arms with her face up into the middle of the room. You kneel down and check for breathing and pulse. You exclaim outload "no breathing no pulse, I must begin CPR....come on Ama Rio come back to me"   Realizing you must begin intense CPR  you remove her glasses. You make sure  Her feet are straight out shoulder width apart. Her arms spread wide open. Ama Rio still has her eyes wide  open along with her mouth.  You tilt Ama Rio'shead fully back, ope s her mouth, pinches her nose, gives a full mouth seal over the mouth  and blow 3 full breaths into  her mouth and lungs casing her cheeks to puff out and chest to rise. After the three breaths, you  position  your hands interlocked in-between her  breasts. With straight arms you  deliver 15 SLOW  and HARD  chest compressions to the her. Each compression makes the Ama Rio's stomach bounce (simulating strong compressions). You do another  cycle of 3 breaths and 15 compressions immediately following the first.   After the first two rescue cycles you  decides you need to remove her  skirt  to allow for better circulation. You pull down  her skirt down past her knees to expose her bottoms. You then begin 3 breaths and 15 compressions just like before.   As the rescue continues you start to become aroused. You please with Ama Rio.... "come back to me Ama Rio....no Ama Rio... breath Ama Rio...". You  continue with the mouth to mouth and compressions but on occasion you  prod  your tongue into Ama Rio's mouth during the mouth to mouth, you also lick her lips as you breath  life into her. However, you  stay focused on bringing your friend back. You continue with the 3 breaths and 15 compressions (although occasionally prodding your tongue into the victims mouth and licking her lips during the mouth to mouth). You  pleads with Ama Rio in between counting off compressions and giving breaths saying " come on Ama Rio.... goood Ama Rio..take my breath..."     Thinking maybe Ama Rio has an obstruction in her airway you turn her on her side and finger sweep her mouth. Please get a shot of her ass here as you put her on her side. You pump Ama Rio's stomach 15 times counting compressions and saying "good Ama Rio, come on baby please come back...breath Ama Rio"    After the finger sweep you lay her flat on her back as she was before. The CPR and mouth to mouth is continued. 3 breaths x 15 compressions.   With one last mouth to mouth breath(with tongue) Ama Rio awakens suddenly. The video then ends.   A couple points I would like emphasized.     - immediately pull Ama Rio to the center of the room to begin CPR, please get a full body shot of the you pulling her.    - please continue CPR until the very last few seconds of the video until Ama Rio suddenly awakens.
